1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 939pkr website located at 939pkr.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

939pkr is an English-language online betting information platform. 4 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the 939pkr Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 939pkr is registered and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law in your country of residence.

If you are accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may impose additional obligations and restrictions that apply to you independently of these Terms.
